Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AS/400 Developer for a development and support role within a complex ERP environment. The position covers application development, ERP integrations, and production support across Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong RPG III/IV/ILE and CL programming skills, with solid experience in DB2/400 database management including migration from DDS-based to SQL-based structures. You will be responsible for designing and supporting integrations between internal and external systems, resolving production issues, and maintaining system stability under SLA-driven conditions.

Strong documentation discipline and adherence to development standards are essential. Experience troubleshooting complex ERP issues within a live manufacturing or distribution environment is highly desirable.
