What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a high volume of customer enquiries with professionalism and care
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Keeping customers informed about products, promotions, and special offers
• Directing enquiries to the right team members and following through to resolution
• Maintaining accurate records and databases

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
• Strong attention to detail with fast, accurate data entry skills
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Previous experience in customer service (food industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential)
