Senior FP&A Manager - Solar Energy - London (hybrid) - £85/90,000 + bonus

We’re working with a leading and scaling energy business looking to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Director, the remit of the role will be to lead the FP&A function for a couple of their major divisions, and will develop into a leadership role within the next 12/18 months. Key areas of focus will include:-

• Driving strategic insight and financial performance by owning and optimising FP&A reporting ensuring accuracy across all outputs.
• Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, prepare compelling investor materials, and help deliver impactful business performance reviews.
• Work closely with budget owners and the wider finance team, identify risks and opportunities
• Deliver scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis, and partner on high-impact cross-functional projects.
• Lead on process improvements that enhance efficiency and scale within the commercial finance function.

They’re ideally looking for a top practice trained individual who has solid FP&A experience within industry (renewables, oil & gas, manufacturing, product sectors would be welcomed), looking for the next stage in their career.
