Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to manage, support, troubleshoot and improve software applications and cloud-based communication systems.

The candidate will work on Amazon Connect, resolve technical issues, monitor application performance and ensure smooth system operations. The role also involves coordinating with different teams to identify problems, implement solutions and improve application support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently handle technical tasks and develop strong knowledge of Amazon Connect.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in software applications.
  • Help develop and improve application support processes.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure smooth system operations.
  • Maintain documentation of technical issues, solutions and resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based communication systems and integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Generative AI (Gen AI).
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 years of overall experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Amazon Connect.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI (Gen AI).
  • 15 years of full-time education is required.
