The teams building them need analysts who can review realistic research materials, judge whether model outputs are accurate and useful, write clear research summaries and updates, and explain where the analysis falls short. Your judgment helps improve how the next generation of AI understands company performance, valuation and investment research. This work is done remotely as part-time contract work.

What you’ll do

• Check research reports and supporting datasets to make sure they are accurate and relevant

• Analyze earnings and update company estimates and financial models

• Assess peer benchmarks and valuation drivers

• Prepare short research notes and updates on market-moving events, then give clear feedback on the research the model produces

Who this is for

• Bring extensive experience in a sell-side Research Associate role, with personal responsibility for company models and written research, or serve as a Research Analyst who publishes or leads coverage

• Have covered several companies across multiple earnings cycles while keeping comprehensive financial models current, with expertise in areas such as earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation and event-driven research

• Fluent English and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly, plus deep knowledge in at least one sector, including banking, insurance or biotechnology

• No AI experience needed. You bring the equity research expertise; the work provides structured evaluation tasks and feedback criteria.

• $175–$300 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor

• Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, India
