What you’ll do

• Assess deal documents and transaction structures in mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters

• Evaluate commercial litigation materials for governing legal principles, procedural details, and significant issues

• Write the lawyer’s analysis and explain how scenario responses and draft language should be improved

• Check annotated legal datasets and completed work for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with project rubrics

• Maintain an active law license in the United States and professional fluency in English

• You currently work at a top-tier BigLaw firm, or worked there within the last three years

• Your background covers corporate law work in M&A, private equity or capital-markets matters, and you have demonstrated expertise handling complex commercial litigation and high-value transactions

• You have drafted and reviewed complex agreements, negotiated their terms, and worked with other legal instruments

• No AI experience needed. You bring the legal expertise; the work provides structured legal-document evaluation tasks and feedback criteria.
