The teams building them need derivatives attorneys who can run realistic contract scenarios, judge how well the AI analyzes them, and define what a sound analysis looks like. This is remote, part-time contractor work applying your derivatives expertise to legal-AI review.

What you’ll do

• Practice negotiation scenarios and redline ISDA Master Agreements

• Assess how AI handles derivatives contract scenarios, including accuracy, risk analysis and legal judgment

• Set evaluation frameworks and scoring standards for derivatives documentation tasks

• Use a consistent method to evaluate key derivatives terms, from collateral and netting to termination and default triggers

Who this is for

• Bring at least three years’ experience working with derivatives documentation

• Have worked on ISDA Master Agreements through drafting, review, negotiation and redlining

• Be fluent in English and have working knowledge of events of default and termination events, as well as close-out netting and collateral provisions

• A plus: exposure to legal tech or AI projects, hands-on commercial contract negotiation, making sound calls quickly, and explaining the business logic behind your redlines

• No AI experience needed.
