Inspection Expert, Part-Time AI Inspection Assessment - Remote (United States)

• $20–$60 per hour

• 100% remote

• Part-time

• About 10 hours a week, you choose when

Work on the cutting edge of AI assessment, on your own schedule, and get paid for the inspection expertise you already have.

The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real inspection professionals. The teams building them need people who can create realistic assessment scenarios, judge how well the AI handles crop, auction or rental inspections, write the assessment a professional would give, and explain exactly where the AI’s conclusion falls short. Your judgment becomes part of how the next generation of AI models learns to assess real-world conditions. This is that work, done remotely around your schedule.

What you’ll do

• Use field inspection records alongside aerial imagery to assess crop conditions and calculate losses under insurance protocols

• Set condition grades for vehicles and equipment in auction or pre-sale reviews, using photographs and inspection data

• For rental or lease returns, examine the records, flag damage, and write clear expert reports

• Make each grade or assessment traceable by documenting the reasoning behind it

Why this is worth your time

• Get paid $20–$60 an hour to build real AI skills

• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most inspection professionals will not have for years

• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping inspection work, and the people who understand it from the inside will lead that change

• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute

Who this is for

• At least five years of experience in crop insurance adjusting, auction grading, or inspection work on rental or lease returns; at least three of those years must apply to rental-return work

• Professional fluency in English

• Ability to read field inspection images and aerial views, then apply industry grading standards and loss-assessment methods

• No AI experience needed.

Pay and details

• $20–$60 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor

• About 10 hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United States
