You will assess documentation and machine-produced clinical content for accuracy, safety, completeness, and fit with hospital practice. You will flag unclear material and share practical feedback that keeps project guidance and training data useful.

What you’ll do

• Read inpatient chart material, including nursing and progress notes, care plans, orders, lab results, and discharge summaries

• Judge whether AI-generated clinical content is accurate, safe, and appropriate by comparing it with how inpatient care is actually delivered

• Label review examples and suggest clear improvements to the training set

• Flag unclear charting, surface edge cases, and give practical feedback on project guidelines and workflows
