AgileEngine is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions for Data & AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment.

📍 Location: India (100% Remote)

🔥 CRUCIAL REQUIREMENTS — MUST HAVE

✅ Strong SQL skills — Mandatory

✅ Hands-on PCI-DSS and compliance experience in regulated environments — Mandatory

⚡ Other Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, operating production services.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.

• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and container tools such as Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux.

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.

• Understanding of cloud security, incident management, production reliability, and on-call operations.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, security scanning, and rollbacks.

• Operate Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.

• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.

• Strengthen cloud security and compliance through IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and PCI-aware controls.

• Lead incident response and continuously improve production reliability.

• Collaborate with developers and Data & AI teams to improve platform tooling and developer experience.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Dataiku DSS, Snowflake, or large-scale data platforms.

• Knowledge of service meshes, API gateways, and zero-trust networking.

• Exposure to policy-as-code, supply-chain security, and FinOps.

• Experience supporting ML/LLM workloads or model-serving infrastructure.

• Database administration experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake.

• Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.

• Experience in loyalty, martech, adtech, or similar data-intensive domains.
