Job Description
• $90–$110 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Evaluate contract-focused legal AI systems on your own schedule and help improve their legal reasoning.
Legal AI systems learn from examples reviewed by attorneys. The teams building them need contract attorneys who can review realistic commercial agreements, judge whether the AI catches the important issues, write the analysis and redlines a lawyer would provide, and explain exactly where the AI’s work falls short. Your reviews help test whether legal AI handles contracts accurately. This is remote, part-time contractor work reviewing commercial agreements and AI contract analysis.
What you’ll do
• Review and redline MSAs and NDAs
• Spot the key legal and business risks in DPAs and similar agreements
• Determine company positions and appropriate fallback outcomes
• Explain each proposed redline or revision in clear, practical terms
Why this is worth your time
• Earn $90–$110 an hour while assessing AI-generated contract reviews and explaining where they fall short
• Work through realistic MSAs, NDAs and DPAs side by side with the AI’s own analysis
• Write the redlines and explanations used to evaluate legal AI contract work
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• Hold a J.D. earned at an accredited school of law
• Currently admitted to the bar, with active status, in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Fluent in English, with strong written legal analysis and four or more years of transactional work drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Helpful: a background in technology transactions.
• No AI experience needed. Your contract judgment helps evaluate and improve AI-generated contract analysis.
Pay and details
• $90–$110 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
