ROLE OVERVIEW:

Role: Junior Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level (Prior experience not mandatory)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create eye-catching social media posters, promotional creatives, and banners.

Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form video content.

Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute fresh, creative concepts.

Deliver tasks consistently on schedule and handle day-to-day workload pressure efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS & PREREQUISITES:

Basic working knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.

Good sense of aesthetics, typography, color palettes, and social media trends.

Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and turn around edits quickly.

MANDATORY:

Must own a personal PC / Laptop with good specs capable of smooth video editing and graphic rendering.

Stable high-speed internet connection for regular file sharing and updates. COMPENSATION & GROWTH:

Training Period (First 6 Months): ₹5,000 / month (Fixed Stipend)

Post-Training Salary: ₹12,000 / month (Based on your performance and growth)

Real-time exposure to live commercial projects and portfolio enhancement.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

• The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Are you available and comfortable working during these exact hours without other commitments?
