Job Description

• Provide personalized care and day-to-day assistance according to the client’s individual needs, preferences, and established routines.
• Help with personal hygiene, dressing, preparing meals, eating, and other essential daily activities while promoting dignity and comfort.
• Encourage the client to maintain independence by offering assistance where needed and supporting their ability to complete tasks on their own.
• Accompany the client to healthcare appointments and assist with scheduling, transportation, and related arrangements as required.
• Monitor the client’s physical condition and emotional well-being, reporting any noticeable changes or concerns to the appropriate person.
• Support regular routines, hobbies, social interaction, and suitable recreational activities to promote the client’s overall well-being.
• Maintain a tidy, comfortable, and safe living environment by assisting with basic household duties and everyday organization.
• Provide reminders and support with hydration, communication, and other daily needs.
• Build a positive and respectful working relationship with the client and their family while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Carry out assigned care responsibilities with compassion, patience, reliability, and respect for the client’s privacy and personal choices.

Job Details Experience

• Previous experience in home care, personal assistance, caregiving, or a related support position is an advantage.
• Good understanding of personal hygiene, basic care practices, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with clients and family members.
• A caring, patient, dependable, and empathetic attitude, with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and remain calm when unexpected situations arise.
• Good observation skills and the ability to recognize changes in a client’s needs or well-being and report them promptly.
