Job Title: Figma Designer – Design Systems & AI Workflows
Experience: 4+ Years
Work Model: Contractual
Location: Remote
Allocation: 1:30 PM IST – 10:30 PM IST or 2:30 PM IST – 11:30 PM IST
Role Overview Build and scale Figma design systems and templates (emails & landing pages) for higher-ed marketing campaigns using Claude AI to speed up production.
Key Responsibilities

Design Systems: Build Figma components, variables, variants, and responsive templates.

AI Workflows: Use Claude to analyze brand assets, streamline setup, and refine production steps.

Multi-Brand Execution: Adapt core email and landing page templates to fit specific partner brands.

QA & Organization: Review AI outputs, enforce strict naming conventions, and ensure accessibility.
What You Need

Figma: Mastery of Auto Layout, variables, components, and libraries.

Claude AI: Direct experience using Claude for design or production tasks.

Portfolio: Proven work in design systems, templates, or multi-brand projects.

Nice-to-Have: Email production tools (e.g., Emailify), HTML/CSS, or higher-ed experience.
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
