**Product Manager Tech4Good B2B SaaS £65-70k Hybrid (London)**

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager to join a digital platform supporting charities and non-profit organisations, improving its recruitment software and customer experience.

Location London (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Salary £65-70k Sponsorship Not available

The Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager will take ownership of a B2B SaaS platform, driving feature development, improving user journeys and using customer insights to deliver a seamless, efficient experience.

The Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager will:

  • Take hands-on, end-to-end ownership of a B2B SaaS platform, overseeing the full product lifecycle from roadmap to delivery
  • Develop new features and improve existing workflows
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design to shape requirements
  • Use data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and measure the impact of product improvements

The Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager must have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
  • Experience building and delivering software products within a B2B SaaS business
  • Strong experience managing backlogs and working closely with in-house Engineering teams
  • A good understanding of UX/UI, complex workflows and data-driven product development
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in the charity or non-profit sector
