Personal Injury - Case Manager Assistant

Role Description

This is a full time role based in Ortigas, Pasig.
Work setup: Onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid
Schedule: Graveyard shift, 10 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday

As a Case Manager Assistant, you’ll support U.S. law firms in managing personal injury cases. You’ll work closely with a case manager at the U.S. law firm you’re assigned to, who’ll be your main point of contact. Day to day, you will:

• Call clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other people involved in a case when updates are needed
• Request and organize medical records and bills
• Track clients’ treatment and keep case files up to date
• Update the firm’s case management system
• Keep track of deadlines and follow up on pending items
• Prepare simple case documents and summaries

A legal background is not required. We provide full training on U.S. personal injury cases and the tools we use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required⁣
• 1-2 years of experience in legal, administrative, or customer service roles preferred⁣
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills⁣
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to handle many cases at once
• Organized, reliable, and open to feedback
• Comfortable learning new systems
• Experience in case management, legal support, healthcare, or working with U.S. clients is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
