About Allied Health 2U
Allied Health 2U has supported NDIS participants since 2015, delivering mobile and telehealth allied health services across Australia, including psychology, positive behaviour support and occupational therapy. Our Sydney team works closely with our team in the Philippines, and we’re growing.
This role is for someone who wants to understand how a business really runs. You’ll start in admin, move into accounts, and by month six you’ll use what you’ve learned to help our Operations lead build a new iinsight module in TaskLith, our workflow platform.
Your First Six Months
Months 1 to 2: Admin
• Manage client intake and referrals
• Keep client records accurate in iinsight
• Handle enquiries through our shared inbox (Hiver)
• Support scheduling and document management, including service agreements
Months 3 to 4: Accounts
• Prepare and send NDIS invoices
• Follow up payments with plan managers and participants
• Track and chase overdue invoices
• Support reconciliation in Xero
Months 5 onwards: All rounder
• Assist any department that needs help.
• Work with our Operations lead to design, test and launch new workflow systems for the company
What We’re Looking For
• 6 to 12 months experience in an admin, accounts or bookkeeping role
• Excellent written and spoken English, as you’ll be emailing Australian clients, support coordinators and plan managers
• Confident with Google Sheets and Google Workspace
• Accurate with numbers and details
• A systems mindset: you notice when a process is clunky and want to fix it
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, or keen to learn
• Able to work independently, take initiative and follow processes
• Quiet home workspace and reliable internet connection
Nice to Have
• Xero experience
• Experience with NDIS, healthcare or Australian clients
• Exposure to iinsight or a similar case management system
• Any experience automating tasks (Sheets formulas, Apps Script, Zapier or similar). Coding is not required.
