About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer with strong Node.js and TypeScript experience to join our growing AI & DevEx team, led by Casper Nielsen.

You’ll help build the next generation of Diagrid’s AI infrastructure and developer tools, working across backend services, APIs, and user-facing applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building products end-to-end, solving complex technical challenges, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll work closely with engineering and product leadership to turn ideas into production-ready capabilities, with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build end-to-end product features: Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop scalable backend services: Build APIs, integrations, and services that power Diagrid’s AI infrastructure and developer-facing products.
• Work on AI infrastructure: Help develop the tools and services that enable developers to build, deploy, manage, and operate AI agents reliably in production.
• Own features from concept to production: Participate in technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
• Create great developer experiences: Build intuitive interfaces, APIs, and workflows that make complex distributed systems easier to use.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with AI, platform, product, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and deliver customer value.
• Champion engineering quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Solve challenging technical problems: Work on distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, integrations, and the reliability challenges that come with production AI applications.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong professional experience developing production applications with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience building modern web applications using React or a similar frontend framework.
