Full Stack Engineer (.NET & React)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET and React. The candidate must have strong expertise in backend development using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, along with frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in RESTful Web API development, dependency injection, API performance optimization, database connectivity, React Hooks, state management, and frontend-backend integration. The candidate should be able to develop scalable applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React.js.
• Develop RESTful Web APIs and backend services to support business requirements and frontend applications.
• Implement dependency injection and manage service lifetimes, including Transient, Scoped, and Singleton, based on application requirements.
• Configure Entity Framework Core database contexts, manage database connectivity, and work with relational databases and SQL.
• Optimize Web API performance using asynchronous programming, caching, and database query optimization.
• Develop backend services capable of handling concurrent requests and implement exception handling, logging, and appropriate fallback mechanisms when services or dependencies are unavailable.
• Apply appropriate application architecture and understand the benefits of .NET Core over the traditional .NET Framework, including cross-platform capabilities.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build functional React components using Hooks such as useState, useEffect, useMemo, and useCallback to manage state and side effects.
• Optimize React application performance using React.memo, useMemo, and useCallback.
• Implement state management using React’s built-in capabilities, Context API, or Redux, depending on application requirements.
• Manage API data fetching, caching, and synchronization using React Query (TanStack Query).
• Integrate React applications with ASP.NET Core Web APIs and handle API responses, loading states, and errors.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend, backend, and database connectivity issues.
• Support application deployment, configuration, and maintenance across development, testing, and production environments.
• Use Git for version control, participate in code reviews and testing, and follow coding standards, application security guidelines, and software development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 5–8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong hands-on experience in .NET and React.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful Web API development.
• Understanding of .NET Core architecture and its advantages over the .NET Framework.
• Practical experience with dependency injection, including Transient, Scoped, and Singleton service lifetimes.
• Experience configuring Entity Framework Core database contexts and managing database connectivity.
• Knowledge of API performance optimization, asynchronous programming, caching, concurrent requests, exception handling, logging, and handling unavailable dependencies.
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, functional components, and React Hooks, particularly useEffect.
• Understanding of the differences between React.memo, useMemo, and useCallback and their role in performance optimization.
• Experience with React state management approaches, including built-in state management, Context API, or Redux.
• Familiarity with React Query (TanStack Query) for API data fetching, caching, and synchronization.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and supporting application hosting and deployment.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Git, version control, debugging, and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
