Virtual Assistant – Car Dealership Support | AU Client | WFH

About the role
We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a female-led business that supports car dealerships across Australia. This is a dedicated role, and you’ll be working directly for her. She needs a Virtual Assistant who can keep the admin side running smoothly and help bring in new business. You’ll split your time between dealership admin and outreach, so this suits someone who is organised and equally happy picking up the phone.

You’ll start with training through our academy course, then take on more ownership as you settle in.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update dealership call sheets, keeping them accurate and on schedule
• Prepare and update weekly training materials for dealership teams
• Maintain delivery and warranty records
• Search for available job opportunities across Australia to find dealerships that could use our support
• Call dealerships to introduce the service and arrange meetings with our client
• Make outreach calls to generate new business
• Assist with overflow sales calls during peak periods, such as month end
• Log call outcomes and next steps clearly after every call
• Spot errors or gaps early and suggest better ways of doing things

Required:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls to Australian clients and prospects
• Confident speaking with dealership staff and booking meetings
• Proficient in Excel and confident with computer applications
• Proactive, a quick learner and a strong problem solver
• Detail-focused and reliable with records
• Sales or cold calling background
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT
• Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace

What you’ll get
