Data Science & AI Product Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive AI use-case discovery and value definition, translating business problems into measurable ML objectives.
• Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments, including rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and pilots/POCs.
• Evaluate model and feature effectiveness, measure impact, and recommend scale-up or pivot decisions based on results.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams on technical design, build-vs-buy decisions, and productionization considerations.
• Operate as a senior advisor/product thought leader, influencing without formal authority across stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• 11+ years of experience in AI/digital product development, analytics, or data-driven platform roles
• Data science leadership with strong grounding in probability, statistics, and classical machine learning algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for end-to-end data science execution.
• End-to-end ML lifecycle experience: development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on AI experimentation and iterative product development using data-backed decision making.

Good to Have:

• Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow and deep learning model development.
• Experience applying deep learning techniques to production analytics or AI-enabled products.

Education: B.E., B. Sc., B.B.A., or B.Com. (Mechanical, Computer Science and Information Security, Information Science)
