Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a blend of on-site collaboration and flexibility for work from home. The DOP AI Prompting professional will design, refine, and manage AI prompts to support content creation, creative development, and marketing workflows across client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating creative briefs and strategic goals into effective AI prompts, testing and iterating outputs, and documenting best practices and prompt libraries. The role will involve close collaboration with creative, production, and strategy teams to integrate AI into video, audio, design, and copy workflows while maintaining brand voice and quality. The individual will also monitor AI performance, suggest improvements, and support training team members on how to use prompts effectively and responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI prompting and prompt engineering for content generation, creative ideation, and workflow optimization (Drama series).
• Background in media, marketing, or creative production (e.g., video, audio, design, or copywriting) with the ability to translate briefs into clear AI instructions.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including testing prompts, evaluating outputs, and documenting insights and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and Arabic , with a focus on clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
• Comfort working with generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., text, image, or video models), with an interest in staying current on AI trends and capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-evolving space.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a structured approach to experimentation and iteration.
• Familiarity with ethical and responsible AI use, including awareness of bias, data privacy, and content quality standards.
