About the Job

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking AI Performance Strategy Manager to lead the planning, optimization, and long-term performance strategy of AI-powered characters, digital humans, conversational systems, and intelligent user experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining performance objectives, measuring outcomes, and developing strategies that maximize engagement, effectiveness, scalability, and business impact across AI-driven products and platforms. This is a hands-on role working closely with AI engineers, product managers, researchers, designers, data analysts, and creative teams to ensure AI systems consistently deliver high-quality experiences and measurable value.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of performance strategies for AI-powered products, digital humans, conversational agents, and intelligent experiences.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and measurement frameworks for AI-driven initiatives.

Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, interaction quality, and operational performance to identify optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, UX specialists, researchers, and stakeholders to improve system effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Develop strategic roadmaps for enhancing AI performance, scalability, personalization, and long-term user engagement.

Establish processes for monitoring, reporting, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of AI systems.

Oversee performance evaluation initiatives, including A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and data-driven optimization projects.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to align performance objectives with business goals and customer needs.

Research emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices related to AI performance management and intelligent systems.

Support executive decision-making through performance reporting, strategic recommendations, presentations, and business insights.

Qualifications

Minimum BA/MA in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Management, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

At least 3–5 years of experience in performance management, product strategy, AI products, analytics, digital platforms, customer experience, or related industries.

Strong understanding of AI-powered systems, digital humans, conversational AI, machine learning applications, and user engagement principles.

Experience defining KPIs, performance frameworks, reporting systems, and optimization strategies.

Knowledge of large language models, AI evaluation methodologies, analytics platforms, and performance measurement techniques.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.

Experience working with experimentation frameworks, user research, or data-driven product development is highly desirable.

Portfolio or track record demonstrating successful performance optimization, strategic initiatives, or AI-related projects.

Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
