Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead
**PAN India (Hybrid) Immediate Joiners**Role Overview
Were seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong leadership skills and deep expertise across the hiretoretire cycle.
Key Requirements
- Domain Expertise – 8–10 years in HCM, with at least 5 endtoend implementations (minimum 2 on HCM Cloud)
- Module Leadership – Expert in any 1 module-US Payroll/Absence/Compensation/OTL/ Benefits/ Talent Management & Recruiting, plus Core HR
- Process Mastery – Indepth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flow
- Client Engagement – Handson experience in workshops, design, configuration, testing, and golive
- Communication & Leadership – Strong written/verbal skills, problemsolving, influencing, mentoring, and project followup
- Issue Resolution – Skilled in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional challenges
- Global Flexibility – Open to domestic and international travel (short & long duration)

- Proven functional lead experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong planning, mentorship, and delivery capabilities
