Enterprise AI Architect

Location: PAN India (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of production-grade LLM and RAG-based solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on engineering excellence, real-world integrations, and scalable AI architectures rather than pure strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM context architectures, memory patterns, and context pipelines.
• Build and optimize RAG solutions (chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking, evaluations).
• Develop robust prompts, prompt libraries, and structured outputs with security guardrails.
• Implement agentic workflows and tool integrations (APIs, function calling, orchestration).
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/SCM, data platforms) securely.
• Drive hands-on delivery, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentor engineering teams.
• Optimize solutions for quality, latency, cost, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 814 years in software engineering with strong Python and production delivery experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise integration, SDLC, CI/CD, security, and IAM/SSO.
• Strong understanding of AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage) and mitigations.

Tools & Technologies

• LLM/RAG frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack (or equivalent)
• Vector DBs/Search: Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, OpenSearch
• Evaluation & observability tools (RAGAS, LangSmith/Phoenix or similar)

Certifications (Mandatory – Any One)

TOGAF or ZACHMAN or EACoE (Enterprise AI Center of Excellence)

• Consulting or professional services experience
• Open-source contributions or published work in AI/IR/NLP
