Job Description

We are strategically recruiting a Senior Planning Director to join a leading developer and spearhead the lifecycle of our landmark portfolios. You will drive robust procurement strategies and commercial governance, ensuring tight control over contractor claims, EOTs, and budgets.

  • Experience: 18–20+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-billion-dollar real estate and mixed-use developments across the UAE and GCC region.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Core Expertise: Strong track record in project governance, program delivery, construction management, stakeholder coordination, and commercial and claims management.
