Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect Manager / Application Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

The role combines hands-on architectural expertise with people and project leadership, ensuring best practices across .NET, Angular, MSSQL, AI/ML integrations , and modern cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture, AI Strategy & Technical Leadership

• Define and own the overall application architecture for enterprise-grade web solutions using .NET (.NET Core/ASP.NET), Angular, and MSSQL.
• Design and drive AI-enabled architecture for enterprise applications, integrating machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and high performing.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate design patterns, frameworks, and technologies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML models, LLMs, and AI agentic features to enhance business workflows and decision-making.

Development Oversight

• Guide development teams in implementing architectural designs and coding standards.
• Review complex code, perform architecture and design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when required.
• Guide teams on integrating AI components, APIs, and model-driven services into application workflows.

Database, Data & API Strategy

• Oversee database architecture, schema design, performance tuning, and data integrity strategies using MSSQL.
• Define standards for RESTful API design, integration, and documentation.
• Design data pipelines and data preparation strategies required for AI/ML model integration (along with MCPs) and analytics.

AI & Intelligent Systems Integration

• Lead the adoption and integration of AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications such as predictive analytics, recommendation engines, intelligent search, and automation.
• Architect solutions leveraging AI services such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Claude AI, AWS AI services, or similar platforms.
• Work with data teams to ensure proper data governance, model performance monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide the organization in implementing AI-driven innovation initiatives.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and technical leads.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Quality, Security & Performance

• Establish standards for code quality, unit testing, security, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI implementation.

Agile & Delivery Management

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk management from a technical perspective.

Mandatory Skills

• .NET Architecture
• Deep expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Core, and enterprise application architecture.
• Frontend Architecture (Angular)

• Strong experience designing and guiding large-scale Angular (2+) applications and SPA frameworks.

• MSSQL & Data Architecture
• Advanced knowledge of MSSQL, database design, performance optimization, and complex query strategies.
• System Design & Integration

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices (preferred), and system integration patterns.

• AI & Machine Learning Architecture
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies, AI-enabled applications, or AI service integrations.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI services, or similar AI frameworks.

• Knowledge of LLMs, AI APIs, intelligent automation, or AI-driven analytics solutions.
