Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Workstream Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance for managing product and menu lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PLM & Brand Compliance workstream (Agile environment)
• Design product lifecycle, recipe formulation, and specifications
• Ensure compliance (labeling, allergens, regulatory standards)
• Enable supplier collaboration and data integration
• Support product launches and continuous improvements

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Retail/F&B technology
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PLM & Product Hub
• Strong knowledge of recipe, labeling, and supply chain processes
• Agile/SAFe experience (3+ years)

Preferred:

• Oracle Retail & OIC integration experience
• Knowledge of compliance standards (FDA, ISO, GFSI)
