Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure supporting all workstreams, from BigQuery schema changes through dashboard delivery (full-time, across all sprints).
- Provision and maintain GCP resources using Terraform (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, GCS) across Dev, QA and UAT environments.
- Manage code versioning, branching strategy, pull-request gates, and release discipline across GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Configure Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring alerts, and GCS IAM policies; manage secrets handling via GCP Secret Manager.
Required Skills
- Strong CI/CD expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions for multi-environment GCP deployments.
- Hands-on Terraform skills for GCP infrastructure-as-code: BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, and GCS.
- Experience with GCP IAM, Secret Manager, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring for data pipeline observability.
- Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash; familiarity with Airflow DAGs and Cloud Functions to support data workload deployments.
- Typically 5-8+ years of hands-on DevOps / platform engineering experience on cloud data platforms.
