SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant

Job Title: SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant (Utilities Preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant with a strong background in SAP CRM or Service Cloud V1 and hands-on experience in Service Cloud V2. The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical expertise, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Experience in the Power & Utilities industry is highly preferred.  Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Configure and implement solutions in SAP Service Cloud V2 to support customer service processes
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, UI, and middleware teams
• Design and support integrations using SAP BTP and microservices-based architecture
• Contribute to UI enhancements using Fiori/UI5 principles where applicable
• Support data migration, testing, and post-go-live activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices
• Prepare documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and training materials
• Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in the Power & Utilities industry
• Exposure to S/4HANA integration scenarios
• Knowledge of SAP CX suite and overall customer experience architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
