Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Configure and optimize Fusion Project Management processes to align with business objectives.
• Conduct CRP, solution design, and requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Define functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and solution specifications.
• Design and support integrations using APIs, FBDIs, and Oracle integration frameworks.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using BIP and OTBI.
• Configure and manage Fusion BPM workflows and approval processes.
• Drive data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, integrations, and custom solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM).
• Hands-on experience in Grants Management and/or Project Execution Management.
• Strong understanding of PPM integration with Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Project Billing
• Project Contracts
• Project Control

• Grants Management

• Experience with:

• APIs
• FBDIs
• BIP Reports
• OTBI Reporting

• BPM Workflow Configuration

• Strong knowledge of data migration, conversion strategies, and cutover planning.
• Ability to recommend and implement appropriate integration approaches (API vs FBDI).
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and solution design sessions.
