Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to develop architectural concepts, building designs, and practical design solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with design creativity to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces that meet client requirements and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, building layouts, and design proposals.
• Prepare design drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentation materials.
• Consult with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams throughout the design process.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Review project progress and recommend design improvements where necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.
• Experience in architectural design, drafting, or building consultancy is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Strong design, visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage project deadlines effectively.
