Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer to design, develop, test, and implement document composition and mail-generation workflows using the Quadient Inspire platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler, Inspire Designer, and Inspire Interactive (R15/R16). Candidates with advanced proficiency in Scaler will be given preference.

The role involves developing new document templates, enhancing existing templates, migrating forms from legacy systems, optimizing workflows, and supporting platform enhancements and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement document composition applications using Quadient Inspire and custom-built applications.

• Configure master workflows to support document template design using Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive.

• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire Scaler, with the ability to configure and optimize complex workflows.

• Create new templates and make minor to major modifications to existing document templates.

• Review and optimize templates to identify configuration issues and ensure accuracy, quality, and performance.

• Migrate forms and document templates from legacy systems to the Quadient Inspire platform.

• Participate in testing enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities.

• Provide guidance on environment setup, tool configuration, and enterprise standards to support scalability.

• Stay current with document design trends, standards, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler (R15/R16) — the primary requirement.

• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive.

• Experience designing and configuring document composition workflows and templates.

• Experience migrating forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.

• Strong understanding of document template development, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• JavaScript scripting experience.

• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience with Ransack and related document design tools.

• Knowledge of enterprise-level environment configuration and scalable application design.
