We’re still early enough that a single engineer can fundamentally shape the product and how engineering operates, yet mature enough that reliability, long-term ownership, and engineering standards matter every day.

The Role

We’re looking for a frontend engineer who can turn evolving AI capabilities into intuitive, reliable product experiences — and who enjoys owning problems rather than implementing tickets.

• This is not a role focused only on building screens .
• You’ll be trusted to own significant engineering initiatives end-to-end. That means you’ll:
• Own multi-sprint frontend initiatives from problem framing through design, implementation, rollout, and production ownership
• Take ambiguous product and AI capabilities and turn them into clear, performant, and maintainable frontend experiences Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture — state management, component systems, performance, and frontend scalability
• Build interfaces that handle dynamic AI-generated content , streaming responses, asynchronous workflows, and evolving application states Work with Microfrontends and Module Federation to structure and scale large frontend applications Partner closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to shape solutions — not simply implement requirements
• Identify and solve complex frontend performance , usability, and scalability problems
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, technical design discussions, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Over time, you’ll become the long-term owner of critical frontend systems and product surfaces.

What We’re Looking For !! Must Have

• Engineers with 5–8 years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular
• Strong understanding of core web development concepts, browser behaviour, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, networking, and frontend performance
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or AI-driven user experiences
• Strong understanding of state management, reusable component systems, and scalable UI design
• Hands-on experience with Microfrontends and Module Federation
• Comfortable working with APIs, asynchronous workflows, real-time/streaming data, and complex application states
• You should have a deep understanding of frontend architecture, while also being comfortable experimenting with emerging AI capabilities and turning them into practical product experiences.
• Understand how AI changes the way frontend applications need to be designed — including dynamic interfaces, streaming responses, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop interactions, AI-generated content, and new interaction patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

**Nice to Have   Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:**

• Deep experience designing interaction patterns for streaming UIs, agent workflows , or human-in-the-loop systems
• Experience building and maintaining shared design systems or large component libraries
• Early-stage startup experience where you’ve built products from scratch
• Familiarity with observability for frontend systems (error tracking, performance monitoring, session replay)
• Experience collaborating closely with backend and AI teams on API contracts and real-time product workflows
