Scrum Master - AI Products Project Management

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BA/PM - Scrum Master role based in Hyderabad at citimedia office . The role involves working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories. The Business Analyst - Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure teams follow Scrum practices to deliver high-quality solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, refining product backlogs, and aligning technical deliverables with business goals. The role also requires preparing functional specifications, supporting testing and acceptance, and communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

2-5 years

• Strong analytical skills and experience translating complex data and insights into clear, actionable requirements.
• Proven IT/Software AI Products experience in business analysis and defining detailed business requirements for technology projects.
• Knowledge of business processes, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile/Scrum environment, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Familiarity with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CBAP) are an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, prioritize multiple initiatives, and deliver within timelines in a fast-paced environment.
