Job Description
• $100–$170 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of legal AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the legal judgment you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real lawyers. The teams building them need personal injury lawyers who can analyze realistic legal scenarios, judge the quality of AI-generated work, write the answer a lawyer would give, and explain exactly where the AI’s reasoning falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of legal AI. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you’ll do
• Review personal injury fact patterns and outline the legal issues that control the outcome
• Assess liability in those scenarios using sound legal judgment
• Review AI-generated legal analyses and arguments for accuracy and completeness
• Explain where the analysis goes wrong, what facts it leaves out, and why its reasoning is weak
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $100–$170 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier legal AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most personal injury lawyers will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping legal practice, and the lawyers who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• J.D. from a law school in the U.S.
• An active bar license authorizing practice in one or more U.S. states
• Legal practice experience exceeding three years, plus clear written English communication; experience in personal injury matters or civil litigation is preferred
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $100–$170 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
