Job Description
• $100–$120 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of clinical AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the medical judgment you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real clinicians. The teams building them need family medicine physicians to assess realistic clinical cases, decide whether an AI response is safe, accurate, complete and appropriate, write the response a careful clinician would provide, and point out anything unclear or missing. Your judgment helps shape how the next generation of medical AI works with patients in varied care settings and across age groups. This is that work, done remotely, around your current clinical work.
What you’ll do
• Assess AI-generated clinical responses across pediatric, adult and geriatric care, checking whether they are accurate, safe, clinically appropriate and complete
• Review medical notes and other documentation, deciding whether the content is clinically sound, accurate, safe and complete
• Use evidence-based guidelines and standards of care to validate clinical datasets and make them better
• Flag ambiguity in difficult cases and give clear feedback on review decisions and workflow guidance
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $100–$120 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Apply your family medicine judgment to AI-generated clinical responses and help improve their accuracy
• Build experience reviewing clinical responses and explaining evidence-based decisions
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• An MD degree plus current United States medical licensure
• Hands-on family medicine or primary care work in a clinic, community practice or health system setting
• Fluent English, broad knowledge of common acute conditions, chronic conditions and preventive care, plus strong communication in writing and conversation
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $100–$120 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
