Senior Web Designer

Role Description The Senior Web Designer will lead the design and enhancement of PG Vision’s web presence, including corporate sites, brand landing pages, and campaign microsites. This part-time remote role involves creating user-centered designs, developing responsive layouts, and collaborating with marketing and brand teams to translate business goals into effective digital experiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing web interfaces, optimizing existing pages, preparing digital assets, and working closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts. The Senior Web Designer will also contribute to UX improvements, maintain visual consistency across digital channels, and support ongoing site maintenance and updates.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating modern, user-focused interfaces.
• Graphic Design and Graphics expertise for creating visual assets, layouts, and brand-consistent digital materials.
• Experience with Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience designing for FMCG, retail, or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
