Senior Interior Designer

Role Description The Owner of Women In Analytics (WIA) - NL is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the community in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing events, identifying and inviting female analytics experts as speakers, and coordinating logistics such as schedules, formats, and promotional activities. The role involves managing communications with partners, attendees, and community members, including maintaining online channels and social media presence. The Owner also nurtures relationships within the analytics ecosystem, seeks sponsorships or collaborations, and ensures the events and content remain inclusive, relevant, and impactful for a diverse audience.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and coordination, including speaker management and logistics for community or professional events.
• Background or strong interest in analytics, data, or digital fields, with the ability to engage meaningfully with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skills in community building and stakeholder management, such as networking, partnership development, and relationship maintenance.
• Competence in digital communication and marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation for online audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in supporting underrepresented voices in analytics and technology.
• Prior experience leading initiatives, communities, or small organizations is beneficial but not strictly required.
