TCMS Software engineer

Role & responsibilities :

Scope of work

The TCMS Software engineer (5-10 years of relevant experience) shall perform following activities:

• Producing Control Software Model/Code in compliance with TCMS SW Requirement, Design documentation, and Interface Control Document.
• Design solutions that fulfil the specified customer requirements by defining the architecture and performances of the TCIS subsystems and functional studies.
• Deployment and application of Train Control & Information Solutions development procedures and processes on his / her project.
• Leads concept, design, code, and documentation reviews on system level, interfacing other engineering functions and customers. Review of technical specifications. Provides technical expertise and reviews functions.
• Producing the software integration plan, integrating various functions, and providing reports, as applicable.
• Providing support during train integration/validation.
• Implementing the development practices and rules as defined in the applicable standards.
• Delivery of TC&IS Integration & Validation Plan (activities, means, strategy)
• Delivery of TC&IS Verification Plan (activities, means, strategy)
• Delivery of Verification & Test activities planning
• Delivery of requirements testing coverage and results in a periodic report.
• Delivery of a periodic synthesis on Verification & Test activities
• Specification of tools needed to manage Verification & Test activities (PC, Test benches)
• Delivery of TC&IS verification & test procedures on the functions and sub-systems.
• Delivery of Verification & Tests tools to be used during Validation Campaign
• Setting up the verification & test environment applying the appropriate configuration
• Performing TC&IS verification and tests on PC, test-benches, and trains.
• Delivery of TC&IS verification & test reports on the functions and sub-systems.
• Delivery of TC&IS coverage matrix on the functions and sub-systems.
