Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications in production environments.

This role requires strong Python programming skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for building intelligent systems that automate complex workflows and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems.
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Design and implement AI Agents and multi-agent workflows using modern agent frameworks.
• Develop data ingestion, preprocessing, embedding generation, and semantic search solutions.
• Integrate vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems into AI applications.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and AI models.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.

Required Skills

AI / ML

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI architectures.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and LLM optimization.

Programming

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with APIs, data processing, and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and version control (Git).

AI Frameworks & Tools

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• CrewAI or similar agent frameworks
• Hugging Face
• OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM platforms

Vector Databases & Search

• Pinecone
• ChromaDB
• Weaviate
• FAISS or equivalent technologies

Cloud & MLOps

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and model deployment.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and information retrieval.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and scalable data pipelines.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.
