Build and improve Salesforce solutions that support important business processes. As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll design, code, test, and deploy scalable applications, create custom functionality, and connect Salesforce with other systems. The work spans hands-on development, platform configuration, and integration across development, staging, and production environments.

This role suits an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex platform challenges and takes pride in reliable, well-documented code. You’ll work across Apex, Lightning, APIs, and declarative tools, balancing new development with testing, debugging, and deployment. Your ability to understand the broader Salesforce environment, and build solutions that respect its limits, will be key to delivering quality work.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning UI, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Experience designing, testing, debugging, packaging, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and test-driven development in formal QA environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using real-time, batch, synchronous, or asynchronous methods
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with change sets, assignment and validation rules, Visual Workflow, Process Builder, and custom reports
  • Familiarity with Apex REST APIs, third-party APIs, and Developer Console

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy Salesforce applications and features
  • Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and declarative platform tools
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications
  • Participate in development, staging, and production release cycles
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, documented, and compliant with platform limits
  • Collaborate with QA and technical teams to resolve issues and maintain solution quality
