Everpresence is a UK-based creative and social media agency working with premium and luxury brands. We turn client footage into scroll-stopping short-form content that builds audiences and drives real results. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a polished, organised Social Media Manager to be the central point of contact across our team and our clients.

The Role

You will manage the content pipeline for the client accounts you’re assigned. You’ll plan the content, guide the production team on what to shoot, keep our video editors on track, and act as the main link between our internal team and external stakeholders. Nothing gets missed on your watch.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with video editors to make sure videos and edits are delivered on time and to standard

Create monthly content plans for each account, based on the brand, the audience and what is performing on social

Advise the content production team on what to shoot, including shot and visual concepts

Act as the central point of contact between our internal team and external stakeholders, including clients

Keep clients updated with clear, professional communication

Track deliverables through each stage and flag delays early

How It Works

The client sends in raw footage

The video editor edits it in line with our style and the account’s brand

The edit is uploaded to Frame.io for review

Our team reviews and feedback is shared

Once approved, the video is scheduled and posted - you oversee this process and ensure what goes out is top quality

Hours and Pay

Paid hourly for the time the role requires or optoin to pay per account per month

Estimated hours: 7

If you want more work, there is the option to take on additional accounts and hours

What We’re Looking For

Fluent English, written and spoken, with very strong professional communication skills

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients

Tangible results for previous clients, such as growth in views, followers or engagement. Please be ready to share the accounts you’ve managed

Experience building content plans and briefing video or content teams

A good eye for short-form video, what performs on social and what feels culturally current

Highly organised, deadline driven and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once

A team player who takes feedback well and is confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
