About the Role

We are seeking a confident, organised and customer-focused individual who shares our values and is looking for a long-term career with Williams Drafting Co.

As the first point of contact, you will manage incoming calls and emails from prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, provide accurate information and guide them through the appropriate processes.

This is an inbound customer service role with no cold calling or lead generation required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries professionally.
• Ask the right questions to understand client requirements.
• Explain our services, processes, pricing and next steps clearly.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure project confirmations.
• Assist prospective and existing clients with enquiries, requests and general support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure enquiries are addressed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet agreed customer service and performance KPIs.

Previous customer service or administration experience is preferred. Experience in construction or drafting is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $85,480.00 per year
