Network Admin with Aruba || Rate: 38/hr W-2 **(No C.2.C , No H.1s) -- EST/CST Candidates only..

Role: Network Administrator

100% Remote

Duration: 6-month + Extension

Work Hours: 8 AM–5 PM EST; EST/CST candidates preferred

Required Skills

• Hands-on Aruba HPE router configuration and deployment experience.
• Aruba ecosystem knowledge: AOS-CX CLI, Aruba Central, Zero-Touch Provisioning, Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN, and ClearPass.
• Strong Layer 3 routing experience: OSPF, BGP, static routing, route redistribution, and route summarization.
• Layer 2 switching knowledge: VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, STP, LACP, and inter-VLAN routing.
• IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP relay, and DNS fundamentals.
• Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate site migrations and work with third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of enterprise networking experience; 1–2 years of Aruba experience preferred.
• Cisco networking experience with some Aruba exposure may be considered.
• Basic scripting, automation, API integration, or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Certifications: Aruba, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation.

Additional Requirements

• Must work 8 AM–5 PM EST and be flexible for occasional evening/weekend cutovers.
