About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Integration Analyst to manage, implement, and support system integrations across internal and external applications. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data exchange, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize workflows and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions between various applications, platforms, and services.
• Work with APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and messaging systems to enable data flow and system interoperability.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration specifications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to plan and execute integration projects.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and interface specifications.
• Perform testing of integration solutions, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure integrations comply with security, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Evaluate and recommend integration tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience as an Integration Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Middleware Specialist.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), web services, and middleware platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, message brokers, and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts for data mapping and transformation.
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or SaaS application integrations.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell, JavaScript) for automation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployment.
• Exposure to API security, OAuth, and authentication protocols.
