Location: Remote

Salary: $38,000-$48,000

What You’ll Do

• Manage product data: Collect, organize, validate, create, and maintain accurate product and item records across company systems.
• Ensure data quality: Independently apply Item Data Governance standards, review product documentation and attributes, and maintain information standards for internal and external catalogs.
• Solve data challenges: Prioritize product information requests, resolve incomplete or conflicting data, identify recurring discrepancies, recommend improvements, and escalate complex issues or policy questions as appropriate.
• Collaborate across teams: Serve as a primary contact for assigned product data requests, working directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support business operations: Assist with inventory lifecycle updates, internal customer requests, departmental projects, and other assigned duties.
• Build technical expertise: Learn and become proficient in ERP and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in product data management, data analysis, product information management, supply chain, or related business systems preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Exposure to Power BI, D365 ERP, or PIM systems is a plus, but not required.
