Job Description
Job role: Fully remote Admin assistant
Payrate: £30.00 / hour
Working day: Monday to friday
Working hours: 9am to 6pm
What You’ll Do:
As an Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations! Your responsibilities will include:
Office Management: Ensure smooth daily operations by managing office supplies and equipment.
Communication Hub: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and team members.
Scheduling Wizard: organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our busy executives.
Documentation Guru: Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Team Support: Collaborate with various departments, providing administrative support to help us achieve our goals.What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
