I’m partnering with a growing healthcare technology company to identify a Controller who wants to do more than maintain the status quo.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible, fully remote leadership role, partner directly with the CFO, and make a meaningful impact on the accounting function as the business continues to grow.

Who I’m looking for:

A hands-on Controller or strong Assistant Controller ready to take the next step. Someone with a CPA, strong GAAP and technical accounting knowledge, and a proven track record of improving accounting operations.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable digging into the details, and constantly asking, “Why are we doing it this way, and how can we do it better?”

Experience shortening month-end close, researching technical accounting matters, strengthening internal controls, optimizing ERP systems, and automating manual processes will be especially valuable. Public accounting experience is strongly preferred, while healthcare technology, SaaS, private equity, and M&A experience are all pluses.

Location: Eligible States: Alabama, Arizona, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma, Tennessee (CST only), and Texas.
