For you, it means more to make an impact that matters, through challenging projects which demand ambitious innovation and thought leadership.

  • Lead commercial conversations and negotiations through the sales lifecycle.
  • Deliver agreed total contract value and revenue targets, maintaining clear visibility of progress and risks.
  • Use market insight and an established professional network to open new conversations and strengthen account reach.
  • Collaborate as an individual contributor within the wider sales and practice team.

Your experience

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Strong experience engaging C-level and senior stakeholders in strategic sales conversations.
  • Knowledge of the UK travel, transport, logistics and hospitality market, including relevant customer priorities.
  • An established network of contacts across multiple business areas in target organisations.
  • Ability to develop account-level sales strategies and turn them into focused engagement plans.
  • Experience shaping deals with internal teams and translating capabilities into customer-facing solutions.
  • Knowledge of selling digital services, IT services and business process services.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial focus, personal accountability and the confidence to work against agreed targets.
  • Collaborative, assertive and customer-focused approach.
